ORLANDO, FLA., Feb. 9, 2010 — The American Bar Association announced nominations for key posts at its 2010 Midyear Meeting being held in Orlando, Fla.. Linda A. Klein of Atlanta has been nominated to be chair of the ABA House of Delegates; Lucian Pera of Memphis, Tenn. to be treasurer; and Judge Cara Lee Neville of Minneapolis to be secretary.
