Is lying about having a Licensed Driver in your home insurance fraud?


IDK if its by state so here,

I live in MICHIGAN and here, having a Licensed Driver residing in your home (Even if stated person Doesn’t own a vehicle or drive other vehicles of the household) costs more for your CAR/VEHICLE INSURANCE.

If somone has another Licensed Driver in their home, but says that person doesn’t live there on Insurance Documents, is that insurance fraud?

And If So, by how much is it punishible?

Do you know about home insurance paying for new windows?


I live in a moblile home and have double pane windows. My windows sweat and cause the wood on the inside to be damp and if they aren’t molded already the will be. Has anyone had this happen and will the insurance company pay for them to be fixed or is there a way for me to fix the myself where they won’t sweat?
